To enable a sound notification every time you press CAPS LOCK key, start by opening the ACCESSIBILTIY OPTIONS within CONTROL PANNEL.
Place a check mark to USE TOGGLEKEYS. Now every time the CAPS LOCK key is press a subtle beep will be generated by the computer.
